Below are some of the most frequently asked questions about our natural skincare and hair products. If you cannot find an answer here, please contact us and we will do our best to respond to your question(s).

What is your processing time on orders?

Our products are handcrafted and many of them must “set” at least 24 hours. We ask that you allow 3-5 business days for order processing, packaging and shipping or delivery. We make every effort to complete your order in less time.  Processing times vary based on our workload and special shopping seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas). We will notify you of any changes to our processing times. 

 

How do I store True Esscents by LA products?

We recommend storing True Esscents by LA products in a dry, cool place.

Are True Esscents by LA products safe for people with allergies or skin sensitivities? 

True Esscents by LA lists all of its ingredients on this website. We encourage you to review the ingredients prior to purchasing our products. 

 

Can I use True Esscents to treat skin or scalp conditions?

True Esscents by LA products contain many ingredients that may aid in treating certain skin and scalp conditions or offer therapeutic properties.  However, our products are not intended to treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease. The natural products/formulations that we offer are not drugs as defined by the government. Please consult your medical professional regarding your personal situation for diagnosis and possible treatments. Neither the content nor any products offered through this site are intended to be, nor should they be used as a substitute for a professional diagnosis or treatment in any way.

Do you offer True Esscents by LA products in bulk?

Yes. Retailers may purchase products in a 6, 12, or 25 unit minimum. Unit minimum depends on the product. We also offer our products for party favors or event and gift bags. For wholesale inquiries, contact us for more information.

Do you require a deposit on bulk/custom orders?

Yes, we require a non-refundable 25% deposit to start a bulk or custom order. The balance is due 3 days prior to shipping or delivery.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept ALL major credit and debit cards and PayPal.

 

Do you offer local pick up?

We offer local pick-up in the Baltimore Metro Area.

 

Do you offer delivery services?

We offer delivery services within a 10-mile radius. Minimum purchase $25 (excluding sales tax).
 

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We currently use USPS for shipping.

 

What are your business hours?

Shop our online store 24/7/365! Our office hours are Tuesday through Friday, 3pm – 7pm and Saturday, 9am - 3pm. We are closed Sundays, as well as the following national holidays:
