To Thine Own Skin Be True

Happy Love Month, Esscential Beauties! While many of us are searching for that perfect gift for our true love for Valentine’s Day, I challenge each of you to be true to your skin. Give it the care and love it needs on a daily basis. While we should treat all skin equally, not all skin is the same. Thus, one skin care product does not fit all.

In this post, I am sharing the properties of some essential oils that benefit the skin and treat certain skin conditions. Properly diluted with a quality carrier oil (such as almond, avocado or jojoba oil) and applied topically, these essential oils can help you treat your skin’s complexities and learn how to embrace the skin you’re in. The goal is to help you make an informed decision about a skin care regimen that works best for you.
